Removing People
Administrators can remove user accounts from the People page within the ZixOne Administration Console.
To remove user accounts:

1.

On the People page, select the account you wish to remove. |

2.
|
Select Modify Account. |
|
3.
|
On the Edit Profile pane, check the box next to Remove Profile. |
|
4.
|
Select Remove Profile. |
A notification will appear confirming the removal of the selected user. The user profile will no longer display on the People page. The user must register their account again to continue using ZixOne.
